Dr. Katrina Williams is a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping individuals break free from generational trauma and limiting beliefs to live more authentic, fulfilled lives. With a background in trauma-informed care, relationship dynamics, and somatic healing, she blends evidence-based approaches with compassionate understanding to support deep and lasting transformation.
Dr. Williams founded Insightful Minds Clinical Services to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their stories, reconnect with their inner strength, and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and holistic practices that nurture emotional balance and personal growth.
When she’s not in session, Dr. Williams serves as a speaker, consultant, and coach through her brand Embrace Her & Thrive, empowering women to heal, lead, and love from a place of wholeness.

Hurlere Ndjoussi is a Psychiatric Mental Health professional with 10 years of nursing experience, providing compassionate and effective care to children, adults, and older adults. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, and a range of life stressors through a patient-centered, holistic approach.
Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment. She offers both therapy and medication management, tailoring each plan to the individual’s unique needs, values, and goals.
